My left side of my face doesn't move.?

I first notice that the left side of my tongue felt numb, then later on that night my left side of my eye started to get watery. The next day my left eye became swollen later on that day my lips started to feel weird. When I try to eat it hard to because I can't do nothing on my left side. When I drink I have to use a straw, when I try to pucker up my lips only works on the right side. Basically my left side of my face is out of service. Even when I hear something loud, it seems louder in my left ear. This has been going on for a week now, I took Benadryl but nothing happen. What is really going on with me? And there's no pain
