How to make a mens shirt look more femine?

i have like three shirts that are like superhero and i usually wear them to sleep. How would i be able to cut it up to make it look more For girls? Oh and i would like to do something with the sleeves to. They are very baggy and i dont just want to roll them up because it looks bad on my shirts. please help. (:
